Through its ongoing investments, the Children’s Board has helped to reduce crime and teen pregnancies and improve financial self-sufficiency and overall economic prosperity.
Juvenile Welfare Board ensures positive development and well-being of all children and families in Pinellas County through prudent investment in community-based solutions that work. The Juvenile Welfare Board strives to support the healthy development of all children and their families in Pinellas County through advocacy, research, planning, training, communications, coordination of resources and funding.
Allegany Franciscan Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit Catholic organization focused on improving the overall health status of individuals through increasing access to health services and information. Guided by the tradition and vision of the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, and a member of Catholic Health East, Allegany Franciscan Ministries provides grants to organizations in three regions of Florida, including Tampa Bay- in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. Allegany Franciscan Ministries strives to be a catalyst for systemic change, committing resources and working collaboratively to promote physical, mental, spiritual, societal and cultural health and well-being in these communities.
